A new year is the perfect chance to make some positive changes. My first piece of advice, from experience and from the heart, is to only focus on what you truly want. It may seem obvious, think about it a little more though. Do you want to change something for the right reasons, or because you feel obliged? It is less likely to work if you are not focused on the things that really matter to you.
At times the amount of advice and information available at this time of year can be overwhelming. Personally I don’t mind wading through hundreds of blog posts to find the hidden gems, I have the time. It is not the case for everyone I know, so if you are short on time and looking for some simple ways to make change that will have big impact then this will work beautifully for you.

♡ Accept – yourself, others and the lessons in every situation.
♡ Unplug – take regular breaks from technology and the media.
♡ Listen – to your inner guide, listen carefully.
♡ Filter – choose the media and the messages you let into your life.
♡ Release – expectations.
♡ Laugh – more.
♡ Move – your body more.
♡ Nourish – choose pure food wisely.
