Hello Autumn! If you’re in the Southern Hemisphere with me then you may be a little sad to say goodbye to Summer .. although it certainly doesn’t feel like Autumn yet! Do you mark the passing of the seasons in any way? I thought it might be nice to do that together ..
How to flow into a new season with JOY:
♡ Put aside a few quiet hours to reflect on the season you are leaving behind. Grab your journal or a note book and make a list of the things you are grateful in the last few months, what was your greatest lesson in this last season?
♡ Make a list of at least 3 things you want to leave behind at this time .. it may be any regret, guilt or worry about something in particular. It may simply be all of the harder days. If it is something more significant such a relationship that really came to light and needs your attention, this will need some more work.
♡ Gather some of your favourite photos from the season as I have done here, you could make a collage on your phone using an app such as my new favourite Moldiv. Maybe you could print some of your favourite memories to mark the passing of each season and keep them in an album.

♡ Set some heart centred goals for the new season, goals that are planted in how you want to feel. For example: Autumn is a great season to work on some new self care rituals to deepen your relationship to self, a change in your meal planning and nutrition based on the seasonal produce to increase your energy levels, or a simple focus on more movement in the outdoors to strengthen your connection to nature.
